Position Title: Private Client CSR (Customer Service Representative)
Location: This is a Telecommute/Work from Home position

Position Summary:
The Private Client CSR plays a key role in providing exceptional service and customized personal insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. This position involves conducting policy reviews, quoting, servicing, renewal comparisons and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in handling the unique needs of affluent clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quoting & Policy Reviews

    • Quote with our carriers and work with underwriters to get proper terms for our client risks
    • Conduct regular policy reviews to align coverage with evolving client needs.
  2. Servicing

    • Able to process servicing requests / endorsements that are asked of us.
  3. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  4. Collaboration and Team Support:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in personal insurance, wealth management, or a related field.
    • Experience working with high-net-worth carriers is a must
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in common software tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and Gmail
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or required within 90 days of hire.
